The Eastern Cape Socio-Economic Consultative Council (ECSECC) on 15 June 2022 hosted a webinar titled "Are We At The Risk Of Experiencing A Lost Generation Of Youth?". Panelists at the webinar were ECSECC Senior Economist Dr. Kambale Kavese who gave this presentation, Ms. Lisekho Madikane a youth in the Eastern Cape, Chairperson of the National Youth Development Agency (NYDA) Board Ms. Asanda Luwaca, Head of Policy and Transformation at the South African Youth Economic Council Advisory Council (SAYEC) Zulaikha Patel, President of the Eastern Cape Youth Chamber of Business (ECYCB) Qhamisa Tengile, Director of the Fort Hare Institute for Social and Economic Research (FHISER) Professor Philani Moyo and Provincial Executive Committee (PEC) Member of the South African Youth Counci (SAYC) in the Eastern Cape Mr. Sikhonza Madasa. The session was facilitated by ECSECC's Economic Governance Stakeholder Engagement and Liaison Officer Ms. Viwe Fokwebe.
