This is a PowerPoint presentation that was given by Department of Basic Education Chief Director for Mathematics, Science, Technology and Curriculum Enhancement Programmes Seliki Tlhabane at a two-day Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) indaba hosted by the Eastern Cape Human Resource Development Council (HRDC). The aim of the indaba was to craft a plan to combat challenges facing STEM teaching and learning in the Eastern Cape. The HRD Council is an advisory body to the cabinet on HRD and related matters.
