This is a PowerPoint presentation which was deliver by Andre Share from the International Ocean Institute of Southern Africa (IOI-SA) during a two-day workshop training for LED officials and traditional leaders. The workshop took place on 27-28 July 2023. In attendance were stakeholders from the Amathole District Municipality, its local municipalities of Mbashe, Mnquma, Ngqushwa, and the Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality.
