Organisational ethics are the policies, procedures and culture of doing the right thing. Ethical topics that challenge organisations include but aren't limited to discrimination, social responsibility and judicial issues.
Ethics refer to a set of rules that describe acceptable conduct in society. They also outline society’s sense of the right way of living our daily lives. It does this by establishing rules, principles, and values on which we can base our conduct. The concepts most directly associated with ethics are truth, honesty, fairness, and equity.
At ECSECC we believe in and uphold a professional code of ethics.
